KMT Waterjet Systems developed the FEEDLINE V abrasive dosing system in response to the need for stable and repeatable operating parameters, a fundamental requirement for high-quality waterjet cutting. Controlled by a central CNC controller or potentiometer, FEEDLINE V delivers an optimised abrasive flow to the cutting nozzle, resulting in material and cost savings.

The KMT FEEDLINE PRECISION® abrasive container is equipped with a variable dial for precise abrasive control. The Variable Dial Control Abrasive Container Spectrum Dial provides precise abrasive flow control from 0 to 2-1/2 lbs (1.13 kg)/minute in 1/10 lb (0.05 kg) for cutting a wide range of materials and thicknesses.
